1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the parkph website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the parkph Platform and services. Your continued use of parkph after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

parkph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address, through Platform notifications, or by posting updated Terms on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register for and use parkph services:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or legally present within Philippine territory at the time of access.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or banned player list maintained by parkph or Philippine gaming regulatory authorities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

parkph operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

When you register for a parkph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must register in your own legal name and provide valid contact details including a working email address and Philippine mobile number. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

Before you can withdraw funds from your parkph account, you must complete identity verification by submitting valid government-issued identification. Acceptable forms of ID include Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or any valid government-issued ID containing your photograph, full legal name, date of birth, and signature.

parkph employs Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with Philippine regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership at any time.

2.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parkph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify parkph customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify parkph of a security breach. parkph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

parkph accepts deposits through various payment methods popular in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other methods as specified on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically credited to your parkph account within minutes for e-wallet transactions and within 24 hours for bank transfers. parkph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose charges. Currency is displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified with approved KYC documents; (b) you must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses; (c) withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your name; and (d) minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform.

parkph processes withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically completed within 10 minutes to 24 hours after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take three (3) to five (5) business days depending on your financial institution.

parkph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. We may request additional documentation or conduct telephone verification before releasing funds. For security purposes, withdrawals may be processed back to the same payment method used for deposit.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

parkph maintains strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine law. Suspicious transactions, unusual betting patterns, or attempts to use parkph for money laundering purposes will be reported to relevant Philippine authorities. We reserve the right to close accounts and confiscate funds associated with money laundering activities without prior notice.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

parkph offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Detailed bonus terms are available on the relevant promotion page and must be read before accepting any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% deposit match bonus up to PHP 5,000 with 30x wagering requirements means you must wager PHP 150,000 (PHP 5,000 × 30) before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. Wagering contributions vary by game type – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk, is strictly prohibited. parkph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games on the parkph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by parkph or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed in game information sections.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on parkph and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating, hacking, or using automated software (bots) to play games or place bets.
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or competitive games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage or financial benefit.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to manipulate Platform software or game code.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other risk-free betting strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward parkph staff or other players.

5.3 Disputes and Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or incorrect game outcome, parkph reserves the right to void affected bets and restore player balances to their pre-error state. If you believe a game malfunction has occurred, you must immediately cease play and contact customer support with details including date, time, game name, and description of the issue.

All gaming disputes must be reported to parkph customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. parkph's decision on all gaming disputes is final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

parkph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools to help you control your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, parkph strongly encourages you to seek help. You may self-exclude from parkph for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Creating a new account to circumvent self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and materials on the parkph Platform are owned by or licensed to parkph and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The parkph name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary to parkph.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use parkph services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or materials from the parkph Platform without express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

parkph collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using parkph, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, parkph and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of parkph services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

parkph's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your parkph account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

parkph is not liable for any damages resulting from: (a) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions; (b) statements or conduct of third parties on the Platform; (c) interruptions or cessation of Platform services; (d) bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Platform; or (e) errors or omissions in Platform content.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your parkph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may require forfeit of bonus funds before closure.

parkph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspicious or fraudulent activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) abusive behavior toward staff or players; or (e) as required by Philippine law or regulatory authorities.

Upon account closure by parkph for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you may be prohibited from creating future accounts on parkph or affiliated platforms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of parkph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through parkph's customer support department. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

12. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: parkph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without parkph's prior written consent. parkph may assign these Terms to any affiliated entity or successor without notice.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and parkph regarding use of the Platform.
